Session 5- invisible women -women at the UN- women at COP -women missing from climate negotations, from think tanks, women experts, women in the climate dialogue-

Session 6 -Exploring lived experiences and particular challenges of women of colour, indigenous women, LGBTQ+ women, older women and other groups marginalised decision making from the climate decision making.

Session 7- women as role models, pandemic and climate, womens leadership style

Sessions- 8 -women in the climate industry, in climate finance, climate science -how they are challenging the status quo and how they are leaders today – introductions to key climate women

Session 9 – gender and feminist perspectives of green new deal, build back better, renewables, climate and green economy

Session 10 – empowering women -skills and information to take part in climate dialogue and in shaping a renewed climate future- the information and reports we need.

Day 3 August 22nd 2021

Session 1 -Networking and recap

Session 2- Opening Plenary – Introducing the COP United Nations Climate Event and our plans and how we can each plan to make a difference

Session 3 Enabling us to take part in climate leadership -the tools, the info, the skills, empowering us all. The GEI plans for COP26 and UN plans for COP26. Opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats.

Session 4- climate change, oppressions and the SDGs impacts throughout the world -case studies

Lunch Break

Session 5- the law and how to use it- the issues for women and gender – the institutional framework of climate change.
